The General Conditions of Sale and Use of the company BILYFER ORIGINAL, SL described below, define the rights and obligations of BILYFER ORIGINAL, SL within the framework of its website – bilyfer.com -. Mere access to the website and the Performing electronic commerce in the same implies acceptance of these conditions of use.

Any person who wishes to benefit from the services of BILYFER and who registers in the system will be referred to as “customer” from now on. Access to the service is made through direct registration on the website.

Product information

The descriptions of the products and the data included in each product sheet or in its photograph are merely informative. There may be slight variations between the photographs shown on the Web and the final product, in terms of size and color tone.Every customer has a right of withdrawal of 7 business days (described in article 9 of these General Conditions of Sale ).

Order modalities

Customers have the possibility to place their orders via the Internet through the bilyfer.com website. Customers must ensure that they are fully authorized to use the payment card. Only people with the necessary legal capacity to sign contracts related to the class of goods and services proposed on this website can place orders on the BILYFER website. By clicking on the “Finish purchase” button during the process of placing an order, the customer declares to fully and unreservedly accept all of these General Conditions of Sale which, in any case, may be filed and printed by customers for their reproduction when they consider it necessary. The data archived by BILYFER constitutes the proof of all the transactions carried out between BILYFER and its clients.

BILYFER will confirm to the customer, within a maximum period of 5 days, that their order has been registered. Likewise, once the requested product has been sent, BILYFER will inform by e-mail of said shipment. The contractual information will be provided to customers prior to receiving the products purchased. Customers will have 48 hours to contact the customer service department to correct the erroneous data.

Prices

The prices of our products are indicated with all taxes included and without including the participation in the preparation and shipping costs.The participation in the preparation and shipping costs is also understood with all taxes included.

BILYFER reserves the right to modify these prices at any time, however, the products will be invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of order registration (provided that stocks remain).

Each validated order will be understood as a unit, with its corresponding preparation and shipping costs, as well as taxes.
The products will remain the property of BILYFER until full payment of the price takes place.
The customer has the possibility of canceling an order by calling our Customer Service within the established deadlines. BILYFER reserves the right to reject any request from a partner with whom there is a dispute.

Availability

In case of unavailability of the product once the order has been placed and before the end of the shipping process for the sale in question, the customer will be informed by e-mail or by phone of the partial shipment or the cancellation of his order. If the account has already been charged at the time of giving the information regarding the unavailability of the product, a refund procedure will be carried out for the corresponding amounts, informing the customer about it by sending an e-mail. Once this procedure has begun, BILYFER will proceed to refund the amount paid by the customer in the same way in which the purchase was made as soon as possible.

In this sense, BILYFER will refund the corresponding amounts within a maximum period of 30 days. The term of credit card payment will always depend on the bank.
